In accordance with state law, the PCHA Board has begun reviewing properties, when they are put up for sale, for compliance with our association covenants. If violations are seen, the seller is notified and given time to remedy the situation. Unresolved issues are noted in the disclosure packet the association must provide to a prospective buyer. At its September 2014 meeting, the Board approved a $25 fee, charged to the seller, for performing the review and completing associated notifications.
